Teedu – Terms of Use

Welcome to Teedu (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using www.teedu.net or any affiliated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Teedu

Teedu is an online learning platform offering digital courses in areas such as web development, design, marketing, and more. We provide tools for learners to access structured educational content and for instructors to share knowledge.

2. Eligibility

By using Teedu, you confirm that you are either:

  • At least 13 years old with parental or guardian consent,

  • Or 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding contract.

By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you comply with all applicable laws.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Teedu is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Platform for lawful educational purposes only. You must not:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws,

  • Use the platform to spread malware, spam, or harmful content,

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity,

  • Infringe on any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some content and features may require payment. All fees are listed in the appropriate currency and are non-refundable unless required by law. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Teedu to charge you using the selected payment method.

6. Instructor Content

Instructors retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Teedu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute their content on the platform. Teedu reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms,

  • Your conduct harms the platform or other users,

  • Or we are required by law to do so.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Children’s Use

Teedu may be used by children under 13, with the assumed consent of a parent or guardian. By permitting a child to use the platform, the parent or guardian agrees to our terms and consents to the collection and use of the child’s information for educational purposes. Teedu is not liable for unsupervised or unauthorized use by minors.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, course designs, and platform features are the intellectual property of Teedu or its content providers. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Teedu is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Teedu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.

11. Privacy

Your use of Teedu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by email or through the platform when major changes are made. Continued use of the platform after such changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
